Sauta Cave National ,Wildlife Refuge is located along Guntersville Lake near the Sauty Creek in Jackson County in northeastern Alabama. Sauta Cave National Wildlife Refuge is a 264-acre National Wildlife Refuge established in 1978 and managed by the United States Fish and Wildlife Service. Sauta Cave National Wildlife Refuge is managed as part of the Wheeler National Wildlife Refuge Complex. Provides protection for the federally endangered Indiana and graybats
